The student will find an area outdoors to observe.
They should note the time and day of the observation.
They will record observations of everything they see, smell, and feel (like wind, rain, perceived temperature, etc)
Then, they will visit the same location at different times, noting the same observations. What changes did they observe? What stayed the same? They should offer an explanation for the similarities and differences they noted. All entries should be dated and have the time of day or night of the observation.
